Cooking Instructions

Take a steel bowl with water and sprinkle the gelatin, let it bloom.

In another bowl, sieve the icing and make a well in the centre.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bloomed gelatin and place on a hot water bath to melt, stir to mix well.

Add the gelatin mixture and mix gently with the hand as you incorporate the icing sugar.

Place on a flat surface and knead thoroughly using corn flour.

Store in an airtight container to rest about 8 hours.
