Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  3. 4seasoning cubs
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcurry
  6. 2medium onions
  7. 1 cupblended red pepper
  8. 1/3kilo of liver

Cooking Instructions

    Add water in a medium pot and boil it.

    Wash the rice and cook inside the boiled water, cook for 45 minute,when it done keep aside.

    Wash the liver and cook for 15 minutes. Drain the water and cut the liver in desired shape.

    In a frying pan, heat the oil and add your blended red pepper stir, add seasoning cub, salt, and curry, liver and add ½cup of warm water,stir allow it to cook for 5mnt,then cut the onion put inside and stir well until the oil separate from the pepper

    Serve your white rice and enjoy with liver sause.
