Ingredients

6 hours
  1. 2 cupschicken shredded
  2. 1 1/2 cupshalf and half
  3. 2 tablespoonscumin
  4. 2 1/2 cupschicken broth
  5. 4 packagestaco seasoning
  6. 2 cansrotel
  7. 2 cansblack beans drained n rinsed
  8. 1 canwhite kidney beans drained n rinsed
  9. 1 cangreat northern beans drained n rinsed
  10. 2 canscorn drained n rinsed
  11. 2 canscream style corn
  12. 2 cupscheese for garnish
  13. Bagtortilla strips for garnish

Cooking Instructions

6 hours
  1. 1

    Turn Crock-Pot on low

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients except cheese tortilla strips half and half and cream style corn

  3. 3

    Stir ingredients thoroughly

  4. 4

    At end of cook cycle add cream style corn n half n half stir n let cook for half hour more

  5. 5

    Serve with tortilla strips n cheese
