Keep milk for boiling.As it boils add vinegar.Milk will curdle.Throw out the green whey.Take paneer in muslin cloth.

Remove from cloth and mash paneer
With palm of your hand.It will turn like dough. - 3
Make equal parts of paneer and give oval shape.

Add to boiling water and sugar.Cover the lid and 2visal.let it cool to room temperature chum chum is ready.

Finely crush mava with help of spoon.add
Sugar and cardamon powder and dissolved saffron strands in bowl.stuffing is ready. - 6
Chum chum cool down and can be sutffed.

Take one chum chum in your hand and slit from centre.fill little stuffing in chum chum.

With thick creamy malai rabdi, almonds and cherry garnish.
