This is a local delicacy from the nsukka people. My grounded cocoyam is like this because instead of breaking it the person grounded to fine powder but it still came out nice.onipeppe
Cooking Instructions

Break your coconut into small particles and soak in water till it softens.

Cook your Fiofio with a pressure pot till it soft. Pressure pot makes it faster

Transfer to your normal pot add water to cover.

Remove water from your soft cocoyam and tie in small batches in white nylon.
- 5
Allow to cool for like 20mins then sieve the water out of the pot

Put your pot on fire add your oil when it heats up add onions and pepper allow to fry

Then add your salt and maggi
- 8
Then add your dried cocoyam and Fiofio and mix properly.

Simmer for 3 mins your food is ready
