Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. 1 tsprefined flour
  3. 500 gsugar
  4. 10threads kesar
  5. 4 tspvinegar/lemon juice
  6. For stuffing - 50g cashew nut
  7. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  8. 1 pinchfood colour
  9. 1/2 tsprose water

Cooking Instructions

    First of all boil milk,add vinegar/lemon juice to make chenna.wash chenna and keep it in a cotton cloth and hang 2-3 hours to drain the water.

    After 3 hours take the chenna in a big pot,add refined Flour into it and mash for 12-15 minutes.add 1 pinch baking powder for softness and spongy.

    Crush cashew nut,add cardamom powder,food colour and little rose water in it.make ball and fill stuffing in it.take a big pan,add sugar and 1 litre water to boil for a few minutes.add kesar,food colour and cardamom powder in the sugar syrup.

    Now,put the balls into the sugar syrup,cover the pan and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.then stair the balls slowly,cover the pan,and boil it for15 minutes in high flame.turn off the your gas and keep for cooling for 3-4 hours.
