Ingredients

  1. 2 spoonfulbesan
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1onion
  4. 1potato
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds
  7. As Requiredoil
  8. To tastesalt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. Few fenugreek leaves
  13. as requiredrice
  14. as neededblack pepper powder
  15. 2-3laung
  16. 1cinnamon stick
  17. 1Tejpatta

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to pan.

    Add cumin seeds,methi seeds and roast.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and cook till it becomes pink.

    Add potato and cook.Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt according to taste.

    Add besan to curd and mix well while adding water.

    Add this mixture to pan. add water accordingly and cook for 10 min.

    FOR RICE. add oil to pan. add cumin seeds,laung cinnamon stick, tejpatta and roast.

    Add rice and water double the amount of rice add salt according to taste and black pepper powder.

    Put the lid and cook.

    Serve hot
