Take a bowl and add chopped potatoes, onions, green chilli and 100 gm besan mix it well and make a thick paste and add salt and red chilli powder

Take a kadahi and add oil in it fry pakodas from this paste

Take a bowl and add chachch in it and 3 tbsp besan and mix it well without knots

Take a kadahi add 1 tbsp oil, hing, jeera, garlic, 1 green chilli and ginger paste and fry it will then add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and dry coriander powder in it and fry it well

Now add the batter of bowl in kadahi

Cook it for 20-25 minutes and add pakodas in it and switch off the gas and also add garam masala

Now garnish it with kadi leaves and it is ready to serve...
