Steps

Wash and soak the rice and keep aside.

Cut the onions into thin slices.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add all the dry spices.

Add the chopped onions and saute till brown.
- 5
Add peas and saute for a minute

Add rice,salt and red chilli powder and add more water to cook the rice.
- 7
Pressure cook for 2 whistles and open when the steam goes off.
- 8
Serve with your favorite veggies and chutney.
