Ingredients

  1. 90 gUdon noodle
  2. Vegetables
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 2small mushrooms
  5. 1/2leak
  6. 3Spinach
  7. 1egg
  8. Soup
  9. 5 gDashi powdered fish soup stock
  10. 5 tbsSoy source
  11. 3 tbsMirin
  12. 500 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut vegetables

  2. 2

    Put soup, ingredients and egg into the pan and stew until the egg is boiled

  3. 3

    Boil the udon noodles

  4. 4

    Put soup and noodles together, enjoy!

What can I use in place of fish stock for vegetarians? Would vegetable stock work?
