Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 2 cuprefined flour
  2. 1 tablespoonoil
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. to tasteSalt according
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  7. 2 tspFinely chopped garlic
  8. leavesFinely chopped coriander
  9. As neededKalonji/ nigella seeds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and put refined flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in it. Make dough with milk. Cover with cling sheet for 4 to 5 hours.

    After 5 hours mash the dough again and make 10 balls of this dough. Roll the each dough to make oval shaped naan. Spread some garlic pieces, nigella seeds and chopped coriander leaves on it and press it with rolling pin.

    Preheat oven and make garlic naans.

    Serve these soft and hot naans with vegetable of your choice.
