Ingredients

  1. For Dough
  2. 250 grmsflour
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsp yeast
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 150 mls water
  7. for fillings/toppings
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Onions
  10. Capsicum (hoho)
  11. Tomato paste
  12. Cooking oil
  13. Oregano
  14. Beef/chicken/fish/sausages
  15. for spicing /flavour
  16. Garlic powder
  17. Dark soysauce
  18. Ginger
  19. clovesGarlic
  20. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Make dough with warm water,,, in dough water add, garlic powder, oregano and olive oil. Let it rest for 30mins

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into required pieces n pin them out to required thickness

  3. 3

    Place on a greased baking tray

  4. 4

    Cut veges into small cubes or thin slices

  5. 5

    Apply oil tomato paste n vegetables

  6. 6

    Finally spread the chicken/beef/sausages cut into small cubes.U will have fried dry your chicken with your ginger and Garlic(mashed) and onion

    Sprinkle oregano and bake in a preheated oven....baking time 20mins baking temp 200degrees Celsius

    When the pizza is baked sprinkle grated cheese(i used mozerrela...happy cow coz I don't like cheddar cheese) then bake for two more mins

    Serve it hot or warm....
