First boil the potato and mash them well when hot else will become starchy, to this add maida salt and pepper and mix well.

Grease your hands and make them in oval shapes like shown. Mean while bring water to a boil and then add the oval shapes into the water, it will skin at first as they cook it will float. It's time to take it out then and keep in strainer.

Now after straining it add butter and oil into a kadai and add the cooked Gnocchi. Stir it with light hands then add chilli flakes and oregano and serve hot with sauce. Tip :to avoid butter from burning you need to add oil.
