Ingredients

  1. White rice
  2. Coconut cream
  3. Yoghurt (fermented) but you can use yeast
  4. Sugar
  5. Coconut water
  6. Powdered milk
  7. Fresh ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak your rice for at least six hours

  2. 2

    Blend it with coconut water(for. Make it to thick or too thin should be in between)

  3. 3

    Add coconut cream and yogurt (you can use yeast instead of yogurt) add sugar and fresh grated ginger

  4. 4

    Take it to the sun and allow it to double its size

  5. 5

    When it doubles it size, add chopped onions and a teaspoon of baking powder

  6. 6

    Grease your tanda with oil and fry them till golden brown. I don’t have one so I fry the batter like pancake
