Ingredients

  2. 2 tspGreen chilli paste
  3. 2 cupOnion
  4. 1 cupcorinder leaves
  5. 1/2 tspCooking soda
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 2 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspCumin coriander powder
  10. 2 cupGram flour
  11. 3 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    First heat oil. Next step take a container add gram flour,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Cumin seeds, Cumin coriander powder, Ajwan, coriander leaves, chopped onion, chopped palak, cooking soda mix all ingredients & add heated oil, add water by seeing consistent batter it should medium batter.

    Already kept oil for heat & Fry mix batter. Serve hot with curd & ketup.
