I got a good harvest of different kinds of potatoes from the garden so decided to make some colorful chips! You can of course use whatever types of potatoes you like.Frying the chips along with fresh thyme and/or rosemary makes your plain, old potato chips feel just a bit more fancy ;)

Beetroots do not come in favourite food list of almosteverbody. So I tried making chips which are favourite of all and can be enjoyed with dip, tea or as you like.
