Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour, salt, and oil 2gther, pour in the water to make a soft pastery dough.grease with more oil.

Cut dough into 6 even sizes. Pat them all with oil.

Roll each dough big enough and place a small plate on top 2 cut the dough into the circle shape. Keep excess aside.

Put a nonstick frying pan on the fire and allow it 2 heat. Put on the dough and fry it half done, remove and keep aside.

Repeat process till ur done with all d dough. Cover with cling film to avoid drying up.

Mix the minced meat in a sauce pan and fry it, let the water comes out first before adding the oil.

Add in all the greated ingredients and d spices and seasoning.allow it to simmer for 5 mins.

Remove from fire and add in Sweet corn.

Take each wrap and put a table spoon of the filling in the middle and tie all d edges 2gther with per boiled lemon grass, till it looks like a bag of money.

Fry in hot oil and serve with chilli sauce. Enjoy.
