Cooking Instructions

Take ghee and sugar powder and whisk well till fluffy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Add besan, baking powder and baking soda. Make a dough. Add milk if required. Now add food colour and Chocochips. Mix again with your hands. Now take small balls and flatten them and put some Choco chips on it.

Now take an idli mould, grease it and place the cookies in it. And bake it for 25-30 mins.

After 25-30 mins, check with a toothpick. If it comes out clean,means the cookies are ready.
