These yummy pancakes were created by my little princess. She wanted to make special pancakes with her two favorite ingredients- chocolate and bananas. Great combo! The whole family loved them!

I'm actually not a big pancake fan, but these are so much better than the average pancake! A variation of "great speckled pancakes"....enjoy!

Readymade pancakes are made with "yeast food" (which is different from yeast). I had been avoiding yeast food due to health issues. I wanted my child to eat something that's safer, so I made this for her as a snack while weaning her onto solids.Note: Eaten plain, these pancakes are not at all sweet. A very light adaptation of @Lena's pancakes, without flour, dairy, or banana, making it extremely light but very useful for sticking to a diet without missing out on cravings. Plus, with the apple and cranberries, they turn out juicy and flavorful.
