Ingredients: 2 cups whole grain flour; 2 eggs; 1 cup milk; 1/2 cup natural greek yogurt; 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp salt; 1 tbsp sugar; 1/4 tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/3 cup melted butter; if you have a sourdough starter, use 2 tsp; for pancakes use 1/4 cup more of flour

My kids LOVE waffles! I had to try to make them homemade and with 100% whole grain flour. Once you make this at home, you won't never again buy any waffle mix. It is so easy. This can also be used for making pancakes by adding a bit more flour.

1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspnutmeg
1/3 cupmelted butter
if you have a sourdough starter, use 2 tsp
for pancakes use 1/4 cup more of flour

Mix all the Ingredients by hand without overmixing.

Using a waffle maker pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the waffle maker. Enjoy with any toppings.
