উপকরণ

  1. 250 gmPrawn
  2. 2 CupCoconut Milk
  3. 1টিBay leaf
  4. 2 Red Chilli
  5. 2 Cardamon
  6. 4 Cinnamon
  7. Clove3pc
  8. Onion Paste 4 Tspn
  9. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tspn
  10. Green Chilli Paste 1 Tspn
  11. Mustard Oil 3-4 Tspn
  12. Kasmiri Chilli Powder 1/2 Tspn
  13. Cumin Powder 1 Tspn
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tspn

রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ

    First of all clean the Prawn

  2. 2

    Now add 1/2 Tspn Salt, 1/2 Tspn Turmeric Powder and mixed it properly.

  3. 3

    Now fry the Prawns with mustard Oil till the colour change.

  4. 4

    Add Bay Leaf, Red Chili, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clov into the mustard Oil and fry in low flame.

  5. 5

    Next add 3 Tspn Onion Paste, 1 Tspn Ginger-Garlic Paste then fry till the raw smell disappear.

    Now add 1 Tspn Green Chilli paste, 1 Tspn Cumin Power add 1/2 Tspn Kashmiri Red Chilli (Optional) for colouring.

    Now add Salt to taste and 1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder and mixed it then add one cup water to smooth

  8. 8

    Pour 2 cup Coconut milk mix with the masala cook for 2-3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Transfer back the prawns and to the gravy and cook until they swil up to C shape

  10. 10

    Now Serve the CHINGRI MALAIKARI (PRAWAN CURRY) with Rice or Roti, Naan or Chapati
