Ingredients

  1. 250 gfish fillet cut into finger size
  2. Flour
  3. Bread crumbs
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspdhana jeera
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish fingers in spices and salt.add a pinch of each spice into the flour and mix well

  2. 2

    Prepare 3 plates and put flour,eggs and breadcrumbs respectively

  3. 3

    Dip the fish fingers in the flour,then in the eggs and in the breadcrumbs and fry

  4. 4
