Ingredients

  3. little Ginger
  4. 11/2 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 2-3Green chillies

    Soak urad daal for 4-5 hours

    Now grind it in a mixer along with ginger,green chilli salt

    Add red chilli powder Chaat masala garam masala

    Prepare dough of wheat flour adding this stuffing in it.

    Add little oil as moin

    Now it is ready to be rolled up

    Make small balls and roll with help of roller

  9. 9

    Fry in oil till golden brown on both sides

  10. 10

    Delicious pooris ready to be served with aloo ki sabzi and green chutney
