Ingredients

8 uttapam
  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1/4 cupthin rawa/ semolina
  3. 1 tbspgreen chillies-ginger paste
  4. 1/4 cupgrated cabbage
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. 2 tbspcurd
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededOil for roasting
  10. To serve :
  11. As neededCoriander- mint green chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Grind 1 cup of oats in mixer grinder to make oats flour. In mixing bowl add this oats flour, rawa, cabbage, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chillies- ginger pastesalt..mix well.

    Add curd,mix and add enough water to make dosa like batter. Rest for 10-15 mins.

    Heat non-stick dosa tawa. Apply oil on it. Pour 1 laddle full of prepared oats- rawa batter,spread in circular motion with back of big spoon into 4" diameter. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil,cook on medium flame,till lower part turns golden and crispy.

    Flip and cook the other side also,till golden spots appears. Fold and serve. Similarly prepared all oats-rawa uttapam.

    Serve Hot Nutritious Oats-Rawa Uttapam with green coriander- mint chutney.

    To prepare..Green coriander-mint chutney....grind 1 green chillies,a small piece of ginger,1 tbsp roasted gram,salt,1/2 cup coriander leaves and 1/2 cup mint leaves,with 1 tsp lemon juice in mixer grinder,add little water to make smooth paste/ chutney.
