Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsweetened condensed milk
  2. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cupfull cream milk
  4. 1 cupwhipped cream (before whipping)
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla essence (optional)
  6. 2 dropscaramel colour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix cocoa powder in 1/4 cup milk and make the paste

    Take a heavy bottom pan, heat milkmaid, add cocoa powder paste and milk, mix it well.

    Whipped cream till soft peaks forms with electric beater and mix in the prepared mixture add essence, colour, beat again for few seconds

    Now pour the mixture into icecream mould

    Cover it and set in the freezer for 6 to 7 hours or till ice cream is ready.

    Serve it in serving bowls. Garnish with chocolate syrup, chopped cashew and chocolate decoration
