  1. 1 cupdiced mango
  2. 2/3 cupdiced carrot
  3. 1small ginger,peeled nd diced
  4. 1/8tspn citric lemon(or 1 lemon juice)
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 dropvanillah essense
  7. Ice cold water

Cooking Instructions

    Here are all u need

    Add ur mango+carrot+ginger in a blender

  3. 3

    Add citric lemon,vanilah and sugar add enough water

  4. 4

    Blend till smooth,sieve and discard the pulp

  5. 5

    Refrigerate or add ice cube and serve chill,this is a very good drink that helps in cleansing your system and boost your energy😍😍😍
