Moringa leaves are very healthy.
You can use them in whichever form: as dry sabji with potatoes or moringa leaves in coconut curry, in thoran, you can put them in your dal etc.
This is my recipe for a delicious moringa leaves breakfast dish: paratha.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupclean moringa leaves / drumsticks leaves
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspWhite sesame seeds
  5. 1 tspCarom seeds
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. as neededRed chilli powder or green chilli (as u want)
  9. 1 tbsoil
  10. as neededOil for roasting Parantha

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big bowl and add chopped drumsticks leaves, wheat flour,and all the above ingredients and make a soft dough with the help of some water. Knead and let it rest for 15- 20 mins.

    Divide the dough in balls. To form parantha, roll the dough ball, and keep them sligtly thicker than round chapati/roti. Cook for 1-2 mins on each side, on a hot tawa. Serve it hot with butter and pickle and enjoy this healthy breakfast.

    We Punjabi people always make methi parantha, so I tried this new moringa paratha and it came out awesome.
