Ingredients

  1. 125 gbutter
  2. 2 tbspmilk
  3. 3over ripe bananas mashed
  4. 1 cupbrown sugar
  5. 2 cupscake flour
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonBaking soda
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

    Whisk butter and sugar until light and creamy.

  3. 3

    Add the eggs one by one and continue whisking.

  4. 4

    Add the mashed bananas, vanilla essence and milk, give it a mix until everything is incorporated.

    Add your dry ingredients; flour, baking soda and salt, mix until everything is well combined.

    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.

  7. 7

    Bake for 50-60 minutes, check regularly until knife comes out clean.

  8. 8

    A tip to keep the bread moist & soft, is to wrap it in plastic wrap while it's slightly warm.
