Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice flour
  2. 1chopped Onion
  3. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  4. 1 cupchopped dill leaves
  5. 1 tsp Chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 6-8crushed garlic
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and form a very soft dough.

    Make small portions. Apply oil to palms and tap to flatten them. Do it directly on tawa/banana leaf/ butter paper and transfer on tawa and roast

  3. 3

    Roast with slight oil from both sides.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.
