  1. 2 kgmutton
  2. 5onions
  3. 5scotch bonnet
  4. 5pepper
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 10stock cubes
  7. 2 tbspseasoning powder
  8. 1 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  9. 1 tbspcurry powder
  10. 1/8 cupoil
  11. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat one at a time very

    Wash peppers,tomatoes and onions,grind pepper,tomatoes 3 of the onions in a motor using a pestle

  3. 3

    Dice 2 onions and add it to the meat,also add in grinded pepper

  4. 4

    Add stock cubes,seasoning powder,curry powder,ginger-garlic paste,oil and enough water,cook for 2 hours or until very tender. Enjoy!
