Ingredients

  1. 3-4 scoopsIce Cream (any flavour)
  2. 5-6Fresh Bread Slices
  3. as requiredMilk
  4. as neededOil for frying
  5. as neededChocolate sauce and chocolate chips for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Make balls of ice cream. Keep balls of ice cream overnight in deep freezer.

    Take bread slices in mixer grinder jar and make bread crumbs.

    Now take out one ice cream ball from freezer, roll in milk and then roll in bread crumbs. Repeat for all ice cream balls. Keep back in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.

    After 3 to 4 hours, again remove ice cream ball from freezer, roll in milk and then roll in bread crumbs. Repeat with all ice cream balls and again keep back in freezer for 3 to 4 hours. Repeat this process with all ice cream balls for 4 to 5 times.

    Now heat up the oil in kadhai on high flame. Let oil gets heated properly. Remove one ice cream ball from freezer. Deep fry for 6 to 7 seconds.

    Garnish with chocolate sauce and chocolate chips and serve immediately.
