Cooking Instructions

Add oil in pan then add zeera and curry leaves then add slices on potatoes

Then add chopped tomatoes and cook it stir it for few min and cover until tomatoes mashed

Now add salt,red chili flakes,haldi powder and raai then stir it add water and let the potatoes tenderize
- 4
Then after 15 min check them and if done then shut the stove and garnish corriender and serve..
