  2. 4potatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 3-4sabz mirchin
  6. sbz dania
  7. salt hasb e zarorat
  8. 1 tablespoonlal mirch
  9. 1/2 tablespoonhaldi
  10. 1/2 tablespoondari mirch
  11. 2 tablespoonlehsan adrak paste
  12. 1 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in onion and fried light brown now add adrak lehsan paste and cooked

    Now add kema in it and cook for 20 min take 2 tomatoes and 3 to 4 sabz mirch

    Cut the tomatoes in to medium pieces take 2 potatoes and cut take sbz dania and washes it

  4. 4

    Now add potatoes and take rest for 20-25 min ta k allu gal jain phir bon ln now kema allu is ready
