  1. 4tomatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1green pepper
  5. 1lemon
  6. Some cooking oil
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 2fried fish
  9. Cooked kienyeji vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onions, green pepper and tomatoes.

    Add onions and fry till pinkish then add tomatoes, hoho, and garlic.

  3. 3

    Add a little water after the mixture has soften.

  4. 4

    Add some salt and then dip the fish. Cover the fish and cook for some minutes

  5. 5

    Serve while hot with Kienyeji vegetables and Ugali
