  1. 2 cupsabudana
  2. 1sliced poatato
  3. 2 tbsgroundnuts(crushed)
  4. 1/4 tbscumin seed
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 tbsghee
  7. 1 tbschopped green coriander
  8. 1/2 lemon juice
  9. As per tasteRock salt
  10. As per tasteSugar (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sabudana in water for 1/2 hours now drain it and leave it for 2/3 hours

    Now heat a pan put ghee in it add cumin, and green chilli, cook till potato become soft

  3. 3

    Now, put groundnuts in it, and add sabudana, saute it, add sugar, salt, green coriander and lemon juice. serve hot. Enjoy
