Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana or sago seeds
  2. 1/4 cup roasted coarsely ground peanuts
  3. 1big potato boiled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  6. a fewcurry leaves
  7. to tastesalt
  8. as neededchopped coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. As neededlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash sago seeds then soak in sufficient water for just 30 minutes then drain all the water and set sago seeds aside for 4 to 5 hours

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add cumin seeds once they splutter well add chopped green chillies sautey few seconds

  3. 3

    Add curry leaves sautey few seconds then add boiled potato mix well sautey on low medium flame for one or 2 minutes till the potatoes are slightly golden and roasted

    Then add soaked sago seeds salt and roasted and coarsely crushed or ground peanuts mix well make sure to keep flame low

  5. 5

    Once well mixed u can cover lid for just a minute or 2 and then open and mix well again

  6. 6

    Then add chopped coriander leaves mix well keep on low flame for more 2 minutes keep mixing every minute

  7. 7

    Sabudana will become almost transparent and ready to eat squeeze in lemon juice if u like the taste
