Ingredients

8-10 mins.
  1. 1 cuptopioca (sabudana)
  2. 1potato (finely chopped)
  3. 1green chilli (finely chopped)
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. to tastesalt
  6. as per tasteblack pepper powder
  7. 2 tbspoil/ghee
  8. 1/2 cuppeanuts (roasted)
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. 1 tspsugar powder
  11. handfulfresh coriander chopped

Cooking Instructions

8-10 mins.

    First in a pan heat 1tbsp oil,add peanuts and roast on low flame.take them out in a plate.Keep aside.

    In a same pan add little oil when it heats add cumin seeds once they crackle add green chilles, potatoes and salt,stir well and cook cover for few mins on low flame till soft.

    Add black pepper powder,roasted peanuts and soaked sabudana.Mix everything well and cook covered for 2-3 mins on low flame.

    Add lemon juice add sugar mix well.add coriander and switch off the heat.

    Falahari Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.You can add pomegranate seeds and any kind of falahari chevda while serving.
