Ingredients

  1. 1 PacketBig Brown Mushrooms
  2. to tasteGarlic
  3. Cheddar Cheese
  4. Bacon (shoulder) for wrapping
  5. Spices of choice
  6. 1 TubDanish Feta Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl prepare your feta and spices and garlic, almost like in a cream cheese way. Now fill all of your mushrooms with the cheese filling.

    I added Salami just for extra flavour. And then a cut of cheddar cheese.

    When done put them together like a burger. Then wrap them with bacon. Bake in oven till bacon is crispy at 140 degrees.

    Serve with a salad or something meaty. Bon Appétit.
