  1. 1 pccarrot, julienned
  2. 1/3zucchini, julienned
  3. Bean sprouts
  4. 1/4red paprika, julienned
  5. Spinach
  6. 150-200 gbeef shabu
  7. Bulgogi sauce
  8. Garnish
  9. Toasted sesame seeds
  10. 1scallion, chopped
  11. 2eggs
  12. Gochujang sauce
  13. 2 Tbspgochujang sauce
  14. 1/2 Tbspsesame oil
  15. 2 tspsugar
  16. 1 tsprice vinegar
  17. 1/2 Tbspminced garlic
  18. 1 Tbspwater or more
  19. 1 tspchicken bouillon

Cara Membuat

    Marinade beef with bulgogi sauce.

    Prep your veggies. Season carrots, zucchini and paprika with pinch of salt. Let them sweat for at least 10-15 mins.

    Blanch spinach, gave an ice water bath and squeeze water out. Season with minced garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds.

    Blanch bean sprouts in salt and water. Gave ice bath and squeeze water out. Season with minced garlic, salt, pepper and sesame oil.

    Squeeze water out of paprika, carrots and zucchini. Stir fry separately with only a dash of sesame oil.

    Stir fry beef with sesame oil.

    To prep sauce: put everything in pan and sautee. Add more water if sauce is too thick.

    To assemble dolsot bibimbap: grease your ttukbaegi (can use claypot) with sesame oil. Put in rice and pat down. Heat ttukbaegi for 10 minutes with medium fire.

    Meanwhile, arrange your veggies with alternating colours around the ttukbaegi. Place meat in the middle. Crack 2 eggs on too of meat. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.

    Serve with gochujang sauce.
