উপকরণ

  1. 4chicken breasts or 2 lbs chicken breast
  2. 2heaped tbsp gochujang paste
  3. 1/4cup soy sauce
  4. 1tbsp honey
  5. 2tbsp heaped brown sugar
  6. 2tsp rice vinegar
  7. 2tsp grated ginger
  8. 2tsp grated garlic
  9. 2tsp sesame oil
  10. Sesame seeds and chopped green onion for garnishing

    Step 1 – Cut the chicken breasts in even sized chunks

  2. 2

    Step 2 – Preparing the Marinade
    Mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, grated garlic and ginger, sesame oil in a bowl.

    Step 3 – Add the marinade to the chicken and marinate for a min of 2 hrs-overnight.

  4. 4

    Step 4 – Skewer the chicken pieces. If you are using bamboo skewer make sure to soak them in water for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Step 5- Grill on med hi heat for 3-4 mins/side. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.

Cooking doesn’t have to be hard. It should be a mix of tradition, convenience and mostly indulgence. And it also should be about what works for you. Its all about experiencing the flavors of the world and enjoying it. It’s a continuous learning process which is never ending but its fun and fulfilling. Cooking is food for my soul. It gives me an opportunity to nurture my family and friends, express my love and care for them.
