ઉપર મુજબ ની બધી વસ્તુઓ તૈયાર કરો.લસણની કળી ને વાટી માખણમાં નાખી ગરમ કરી લો.

બ્રેડને એક તરફથી થોડી શેકી લો.બીજી તરફ લસણ વાળું બટર લગાડી તેના પર સારા પ્રમાણમાં ચીઝ ખમણી લો.

તેના ઉપર કોથમીર અને ચીલી ફ્લેક્સ ઢાંકી એક નોન સ્ટિક મા ઢાંકણ ઢાંકી તેને ગરમ થવા દો.

તમારા સ્વાદ મુજબ ચીઝને મેલ્ટ કરી ચીઝી ગાર્લિક બ્રેડ તૈયાર છે
