Mix all ingredients well.

Grind poha in mixer grinder and make a fine powder.

1 tbsp poha powder makes in in a mixture and make square then make tikki as your desired shape and coated aur tikki in poha powder.

Then place on heated tawa. Add little by little oil both side and cook until become a crispy tikki and serve with chutney sauce.
