  1. 2 cupsleftover Khichdi
  2. 1 cupPoha powder for coating
  3. 1 cupPoha powder for tikki
  4. 1sp Red chilli powder
  5. 1/4sp Garam masala
  6. 1/2sp Turmeric powder
  7. 2sp Chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1sp coriander powder
  9. Salt as required
  10. 1/2sp Lemon juice

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Mix all ingredients well.

  2. 2

    Grind poha in mixer grinder and make a fine powder.

  3. 3

    1 tbsp poha powder makes in in a mixture and make square then make tikki as your desired shape and coated aur tikki in poha powder.

    Then place on heated tawa. Add little by little oil both side and cook until become a crispy tikki and serve with chutney sauce.
