Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboil corn
  2. 2-3tomatoes
  3. 2 tbsppeanuts
  4. 8-10cashew nuts
  5. 1 tbsppoppy seeds
  6. 3 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspbutter
  8. 2 tbspgreen chili, ginger paste
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin
  11. 1 tspred chili powder
  12. 1 tspdhanya jiru powder
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a pan and saute peanuts, cashew nuts and poppy seeds till them turn brown. Make a paste of tomatoes, ginger chili paste, and roasted peanuts, cashew nuts and poppy seeds 1/2 glass water in a mixer jar. Now in the same pan add oil.

    Add cumin, dhanya-jiru powder and prepared paste mix well. When the oil separate add boil corn add salt, red chili powder to it add water as needed and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Add garam masala powder, butter and mix. Turn off the gas and splutter coriander.
