Ingredients

  1. 1lauki
  2. 1brinjal chopped
  3. 1 bowltomato puree
  4. 1 bowlonion puree
  5. As neededwater
  6. 7-8 clovesgarlic
  7. 2tomato
  8. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 2 tspsambar masala
  12. To tastesalt
  13. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a presser cooker add water and all vegetables, salt and cook it.

  2. 2

    Take the fry pan and heat the oil add mustard seeds,garlic and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add onion puree and tomato puree and saute it.

  4. 4

    Now add red chilli powder,salt,sambar masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add the mixture in it and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mints. Sambar is ready and serve it for idli.
