Ingredients

  1. 1 cupYellow moong Dal
  2. 1 teaspoonjeera / cumin
  3. 1/2 cupChana Dal
  4. 1/3 cupUrad Dal
  5. 1 tspGinger and green chilli paste
  6. 1 teaspoonCoriander seeds whole
  7. Handfulcoriander leaves
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak dal for 3- 4 hours

  2. 2

    Remove excess water.Grind this dal in mixer. Add all masalas into it and mix well.

  3. 3

    Keep Kadai. When oil is hot fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Take into plate and serve with chutney or sauce of ur choice.
