Yesterday we want to celebrate the holiday with some new tasty food item so i have decided to make Mixed dal Dhokala. We want a different taste of it so I have kept Moong dal ,Urad, dal, gram dal to soaking. To choose Moong dal for the Dhokala to have some reason, this dal makes protection for our body cells. Means it increases white blood cells in our body & soaked things are good for digestion. As It creates more useful enzymes & hormones in our body. So let us star to make Mixed dal dhokala.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlMoong dal
  2. 1 bowlUrad dal
  3. 1 bowlGram dal
  4. To tastesalt-
  5. 1 tsp-sodium bicarbonate-
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tsppaste of garlic,
  9. 1 tbspgreen chilli
  10. 1 tspcumin powder
  11. 2 pinchHing
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 1 tbspcumin seed
  14. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  15. 2 tbspcoriander
  16. 2 tbspgrated coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Keep the all dal to soak in a pot.

    Grind it into the mixture to make it's paste.

    : Add the paste of garlic, green chilli in it.

    : Add salt, a pinch of Hing, lemon juice, sodium bicarbonate in it South Indian

    : Stir it well & keep aside.Now take the cooker & remove the whistle of a lid

    : Pour 1/2 lit water into the cooker

    : Keep it's sieve in the water

    Keep an empty cooker tiffin backwards in the downside of the cooker

    : Keep another tiffin of Dhokla paste in it

    : Now keep the lid of the cooker on it.

    : Keep it on the gas for 15 min.

    : Take out the tiffin after cooling it

    Now keep the small pan on the gas, pour oil in it, add cumin, mustard seeds to splutter it, add a pinch of Hing in it. Indian Veg Food
