Stir fry bean sprout

Ingredients

  1. 250 gBean sprout
  2. 50 gshreded carrot
  3. 50 gpickled mustard, salt and sugar
  4. 1big tomato
  5. 1 piecehard bean curd
  6. Pinchsalt, pepper and seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Cut carrot and pickled mustard to thin slices, cut tomato to small pices. Taste the pickled mustard, if not salty, marinate with half tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar, if salty, just add 2 tsp of sugar

    Cut bean curd to small piece and fry to light brown

  3. 3

    250g of bean sprout, it's easy to grow the green beans sprout, takes2~3 days

  4. 4

    Heat up wok, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, stir fry pickled mustard until fragrant

  5. 5

    Add tomato, stir fry until tomato become soft

  6. 6

    Add carrot, stir fry for few seconds

  7. 7

    Add bean sprout, add salt, pepper and seasoning

  8. 8

    Add bean curd, add 2~3 tbsp of water, quick stir fry and serve.
