  1. 1 kgmutton chops
  2. 1 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1small onion
  5. 10garlic cloves
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp whole spices
  8. 1 tbspred chillipowder
  9. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  10. 50 grams besan
  11. 1 tsporange food colour
  12. 2eggs

    In a pressure cooker add mutton chops, salt, turmeric powder, onion, garlic cloves. Add 1 cup water and close the lid. Cook for at least 8 whistles. Cook until mutton is tender

    Remove the mutton chops in a bowl and let it cool down.

    Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, whole spices, salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, besan, food colour, lemon juice and egg.mix it well

    Dip the mutton chops in a paste. And marinate for 10 mins.

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot and sprinkle chat masala with green chutney and salad.
