But today i have presented a banting or keto recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgT-bone Steak (slices)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 cupPapaya (blend)
  4. 1 tbspGinger paste
  5. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  6. 1 tspPaprika
  7. 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  8. 1 tspOlive Oil
  9. Salad
  10. 1Cucumber
  11. 1/2Red Pepper
  12. 1/2Green Pepper
  13. 1Onion
  14. 1/2 cupCabbage
  15. 1/2Carrot (it's in orange list, but can eat in little amount)
  16. 1Iceberg Lettuce
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1/4 tspBlackpepper powder
  19. 1 tbspVinegar
  20. 1 tspOlive Oil
  21. 1 cupFeta Cheese

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Steak: Mix papaya with the rest into a paste and apply on t-bone steak pieces

  2. 2

    Keep in fridge overnight or atleast for six hours then remove from fridge keep it out for atleast half an hour

  3. 3

    Barbeque or grill or pan fry it on med flame till browned up and juicy

  4. 4

    Can baste with extra marinade while barbequing or grilling

  5. 5

    Serve with baked sweet potatoes and salad

  6. 6

    Salad: chop or shredd all veggies, wash nicely and keep on strainer

  7. 7

    Keep in a big bowl and add the rest and toss well

  8. 8

    Can skip cheese and make banting cheese sauce

  9. 9

    For banting and keto, sweet potatoes is restricted can eat occasionally though
