Ingredients

  1. 1 (400 g)can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  2. 1red onion, thinly sliced
  3. 24cherry tomatoes, halves or regular tomato, cubed
  4. 1/2 cupParsley, finely chopped or Basil
  5. 10 pcsgreen beans, halves
  6. 14 ounces (400 g)sirloin steak, trimmed of all fat
  7. salt and freshly ground pepper
  8. 1 cup (250 ml)plain low-fat yogurt
  9. 3 tablespoonschili paste or paprika according to your desired taste

Cooking Instructions

    Toss the garbanzo beans, onion, tomatoes and parsley in an salad bowl

    Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill pan on high heat. Grill the steak until cooked to your liking, 5-10minutes for medium rare. Set aside. Slightly roast the green beans.

    Whisk the yogurt with the chili paste in a small bowl. Slice the steak and add to the salad bowl. Drizzle with the yogurt mixture, toss gently and serve.
